Our Story

In 2018, a group of like-minded individuals came together to explore how best to provide opportunities that support the growth and development of the youth and families in our Helderberg Mountain communities.

In 2019, the Helderberg Family and Community Organization (HFCO) was established and received its 501(c)3 tax-exempt status. The HFCO is a grass roots, all volunteer nonprofit organization.

Funding for our programs is received through donations, grants, fundraisers and partnerships with local town and community organizations. All monies received directly support the programs and operational expenses of the HFCO.
